Looking for Free lance intern writers who would like to be a part of a new magazine. We are looking for exp in Celtic traditions, festivals, mythology, history, Music, fun facts, anything Celtic. If your not sure what Celtic is then please do not bother. I am looking for passionate writers to be part of something in its infancy and aid in its growth. We are very dedicated goal oriented people and true to what we do and believe. Once were up and running those who have aided us will stay to share in the profits. Once were setup we will be traveling all over to different locations to partake in different musical events and festivals. Must enjoy Beer!! |

| The picture I've given you a link to should evidence that I know exactly what Celtic is--that is my right hand, and my protection. I've put the Be My Writer screen as a background so that you know this is not a picture that I've found on Google.

I am a Celtic pagan, so I am knowledgeable about the myths. I've even named my eight-year-old cat Thor since he is a little thunder-foot. This is not a passing fancy for me.
I'm somewhat new to freelance writing and would like more details as to what type of articles you are looking for, what length, and what types of deadlines you have in mind.
My publication credits are mostly from poetry for which I have accepted a few minor awards. I also have an editing background as a junior poetry editor for an international literary journal. My portfolio is available upon request.
I am also an academic writer. My essays and poems garnered a nomination to attend a national writer's conference earlier this year.
Now for the catch:
as much as I realize that a person with Scottish blood being sober is an oxymoron, I am just such a person; therefore, the only attribute that you are looking for that I cannot fulfill is an adoration of beer. I certainly hope that does not bar me from being considered for this position. I have plenty of friends that would be delighted to get plowed and tell me all about it which would prove to be fun for both parties. My overly-active imagination can fill in the gaps, so I'm sure you would not be disappointed.
I have obviously not made a full bid on this job since I'm not entirely sure what all it entails (i.e.--how long this is projected to last, how many articles are expected, deadlines, delivery methods, and I'm sure I could keep going on). Should you be interested, I'm sure that we can come to a reasonable agreement that we can both live with.
